How to balance a chemical equation ll NCERT class 10 chapter 1 chemical reactions and equations

Learn how to balance chemical equations. These step by step instructions are simple enough for dummies. You're not dumb. You can do this!

Practice always makes perfect. In general, to balance an equation, here are the things we need to do: Count the atoms of each element in the reactants and the products. Use coefficients; place them in front of the compounds as needed

Solve Magic square 3x3 amazing maths trick

Magic squares have grown in popularity with the advent of mathematics-based games like Sudoku. A magic square is an arrangement of numbers in a square in such a way that the sum of each row, column, and diagonal is one constant number, the so-called "magic constant." This article will tell you how to solve any type of magic square, whether odd-numbered, singly even-numbered, or doubly-even numbered.

Cross Multiplication- Pair Of Linear Equations In Two Variables

Cross multiplication method for solving linear equation in two variables:

The solution of the equations is given as:

xb1 c2  b2 c1 = yc1 a2  c2 a1 = 1b2 a1  b1 a2

The condition for consistency of pair of linear equation in two variables must be checked which are as follows:
  1.  If a1a2 ≠ b1b2 , then we get a unique solution and the pair of linear equations in two variables are consistent.
  2.  If a1a2 = b1b2 = c1c2 , then there exists infinitely many solutions and the pair of lines are coincident and therefore, dependent and consistent.
  3.  If a1a2 = b1b2 ≠ c1c2 , then there exists no solution and the pair of linear equations in two variables are said to be inconsistent.
